Heat
>> great condition fast shipping
The by line is a bit of a misleader He doesn t sit in with the Dante quoting butcher until the very end It s much much more of a look into the life of a low level cook and how to elevate yourself in the world of food and it s knowledge The proposed sequel a look into French cuisine is definitely going to be a future purchase
>> A joy to read
I absolutely love this book I was so anxious to get it just after reading the first chapter on Amazon that I had it shipped overnight Even though I don t have all the time in the world to read being a college student I still find time on my weekends to pick it up and enjoy a few pages at a time for quick breaks This is the kind of book that you want to read to anyone who will listen It will make you snigger laugh out loud and gasp at the audacity of the characters sometimes I highly recommend this book for anyone who likes to read about food cooking and great characters
>> For a grandson chef
We ordered a copy of Heat to give to one of our grandsons who is working as a pasta chef during his interim year before going to university He greatly appreciated both the cooking lessons and the life/living lessons
