>> A book that leaves you smiling
When I first saw Lunch in Paris in Barnes and Noble I picked it up flipped through the pages and decided not to buy it I came home read some reviews online and bought it the next day I m so glad I did
This was my very first American in Paris book and I can say that I really enjoyed reading it My boyfriend is French so I was able to relate to many of the awkward and frustrating experiences that Elizabeth went through It was fun to live vicariously through her transition into French culture
Her writing style is entertaining light and a fast read I keep up with her life/recipes by reading her blog
I ve tried a couple of recipes and they are delicious Overall I would say that this is a great book for someone looking for a fun read
